unijDear people who use the computers with scanners in the library:
It's not that damn hard to just scan your shit and move on. Seriously, guys, there are a limited number of scanners, and when only one of them is working you could try to be a little consciencious of the people who want to use them. I scan my pictures, upload them to tinypic so I can access them later, and then move to another computer if possible. I don't dick around watching manga and anime online.
Seriously, that specifically the only two things you scanner hoggers do. Stop it. When things are busy, or when there's only one scanner available, you don't need the computer for more than the span of actually scanning and uploading the bastards. Stop. Being. Dicks.
