Man I am having so much fun with SoulSilver but I'm having trouble getting entirely satisfied with my team--I dunno if I wanna switch out my Ampharos and Slowpoke for something else.

And why the hell do I have to wait for the National 'Dex to get my Metal Coat? I want a Scizor NOW. =|

I don't think you can get any 3rd Gen Pokemon until after you get the National 'Dex. I'm not sure when that becomes available, but it's not for a good while. After the Elite Four, at the very least.

It's a lot of fun to think of who's fitting |D I didn't actually plan it this way, but my team has an awful lot of Ouendan on it. I'm hoping to get a Dratini to name Shinta.

I'm going to try for a Hitmontop for Kikuchi. It kinda looks like him, only upside-down, and helps with areas my current team is lacking. 8D Most of my team for Platinum ended up being fast, special attackers with little in the way of attack power, defense, and HP. Thankfully the Tangrowth (Yarnball) helps a little, but I still need to figure out what to do about my weak points.
