Mar. 8th, 2010 07:25 pmI have suddenly hit a dilemma with which class I should sign up for this quarter.
Okay so it was maybe a little under a year ago I made a post about how cool one of the classes listed for Spring Quarter was, entitled Popular Music and Literature of the 1960s. It generally looks awesome, and it turns out I have just enough credits to qualify for this class.
Just today my friend pointed out to me a class that was only added on in late February, entitled Heart and Mind on Screen and Page. It's all about writing, mostly for television and movies, enhancing your ability in storytelling for that particular medium.
So we've got the class that isn't specifically related to my semi-major of writing, but is very deeply connected to my interests in music, and that I've been looking forward to get into for about ten months. Then we've got the new class that is connected to my semi-major, sounds really interesting and helpful to the craft, oh and also it's taught by a guy who wrote X-Files episodes. Due to the way my college works, it is unlikely that either class will be available again after this quarter.
My timeslot to pick my class is tomorrow at noon.
Aaaaaa.
