unijDid it. App'd Morris. Didn't take much prompting from Kia to get me to do it =D I'm pretty sure that that's the fastest I've ever churned an app out. I was convinced before that it wouldn't work to play him here alongside Spin, but now that there's such a big cast I think I'll have a good time. How much time do I have to make a decision? Enough time to do something short in the DR to see if I have a good enough handle on Derek? And figure out what all I need to do?
That's the best answer I can give right now.
Because while I think I can handle Spin somewhat now [was debating about finding a game for him], I still have no clue what I'm doing with Derek and part of that is because that's how he's been in my head and so on. I'd feel more comfortable and might be able to make a decision if I had at least a short bit with him and not Derek as Easter egg affected Spin.

You're the only person I know with an actual Derek muse, and while I haven't specifically see you use him outside of Easter egg'd, I know you're a good writer in general, so I wanted to give it a shot.
Really, don't feel pressured if you don't want to, I just wanted to see if you were interested.

To answer your questions, the last app period ends midnight EST this coming Sunday. You have until then to send in an application, and you can always put up a reservation - that guarantees that, in case someone else sends in an app for the same character, we'll wait for your app to come in before judging either app. In addition, you can sign up for the welcome program - if you do, when your character is accepted, someone will be there to start a thread with you and show you the ropes of the game (though I can't imagine Sarah wouldn't jump on that one XD).
If you've got any questions about the game itself, IC or OOC aspects, feel free to drop me a line - I should be on most evenings.
...on a much less objective note, I'm the crazy person who plays J and is looking at Foxx, and I went through and read the logs on the DR. I don't think you have anything to worry about so far as character voice goes, and you know we'd love to have you in DC should you decide to join. :3

Well, I just went with what felt right along with the help of what few good fics there are out there. My backstories mostly filled in during the process of playing at DC. Can't speak for the others, though.
