Kinda reminds me of that horrible day we contrived a method of turning Franky into the worst catboy of all time.

And honestly, Oda would totally do it.

If this proves anything (besides for that Sanji can pull off purple eyeshadow) it's that Oda has no limits whatsoever on what terrible havoc he'll wreak on his characters.

One Piece just has this...aura of gleeful who-gives-a-fuck wrongness that's magic. It was kinda always there and then Franky cranked it up to 11 by existing and then Brook happened and I think the dial spun up into triple digits before breaking off the machinery and launching itself into low Earth orbit.

Now we have Sanji in drag, Franky being PROPER (which is the ultimate in wrongness technology), and Brook accidentally causing several dozen men to shout HAIL SATAN and drop their pants.

Oda can and will do pretty much anything. You can't stop him, nor I, nor all the laws of space and time. It's fate, man. It's fate.

I want to curse you for reminding me. But. I can't.

I wish I had something more of substance to put in next to that, but I think you've just managed to capture exactly the essence of this series in as perfect a manner as possible.
