You can do it! Remember, NaNo isn't about crafting a perfect battle plan so much as doing your best Xena battle scream and charging at a poor, hapless cool-sounding idea.

A good tip is to try for 2000 words a day; it's just a little bit more than suggested the min. of 1667. However, those extra words build a buffer in case something happens, and you can't write as much/can't write later on. Or, you may not need it and therefore finish early and can relax toward the end of Nov. when threats of finals approach.
