Laptop got fixed. Apparently it was a glitch in the update that was affecting all people who tried it. HP was swamped with "WTF GUYS." But once we got a call through, they really were quick about helping us through it and getting Rocketman back online. Yay!

In other news, I've got over 80 of Layton's puzzles solved, and I haven't even had to look online or cheat at all! Though I have spent some hint coins. But my hamster (named Fawful) is fit and ready to sniff out any new ones anyway, so I have no worries. This game, it is ridiculous fun and makes me feel both smart and incredibly stupid.

Yeah XD usually they're bored waitin' for people to call in, he was saying. Maybe they messed up on purpose so they'd have something to do.

You still trying to fix yours? Uh, we were told to turn it on and then hit f11 really fast over and over until the fix screen came up idk

I'm pretty sure mine was a different problem :T because no matter what we hit, it failed to work :T
